A place for the heart; a home, I built with Jesus, and am now sharing with the world, with nations, so they too, can make a home out of it. It’s for souls that are lost, found, or simply wonderin’ around looking for answers & a way to be inspired. It’s for the ones who find themselves in the dark, and are seeking for a place that will be like the stars leading them back home, in His arms (the true place of belonging) because at the end of the day, that’s where the place for the heart truly is. It’s for those, who are in the process of finding out who they are, & for the ones hunting down the true sense of life. Perhaps, it’s for that one lost soul who coincidentally, stumbles upon this blog, and realizes they have a home after all ( although we both know that there is no such thing as coincidence). You know sometimes, we think people want answers that will make sense in the brain, which is true, but at times, people want answers that will make sense in the heart. Especially, when you’re in pain. They want to hear things, that will ease the pain in the heart. If that’s you, I hope this place can be a healing place for the soul, too.
I don’t want to live in the kind of world where we don’t look out for each other. Not just the people that are close to us, but anybody who needs a helping hand. I can’t change the way anybody else thinks, or what they choose to do, but I can do my bit. This is why I build A Place For The Heart. Sharing life as my heart grows, with the hope that we can grow together. For a very long time, I felt like I didn’t belong anywhere, the walls in my head we’re painted black and I lived in this enormous void and emptiness. Until God called me back home, and through Psalms we’ve been composing together with the Holy Spirit, we’ve been able to build a place for the heart. I hope this place, can be a place where your spirit feels at home, consumed by God’s love & peace. This is one big family room, so make yourself at home. You can be yourself here!
Through this place, I hope to inspire nations around the world, to chase God’s heart the same way He constantly chase’s after our soul, and raise their faith, by creating a raw, worship atmosphere.
When I first started my walk, If I’d spend ten minutes with the Lord, I thought that was quite an accomplishment. But the Spirit has taught me over time, how to just hang out with the Lord, listen to Him, go to all kind of places with Him, and do things I’ve never dreamed of. Hopefully, He can do it for others through this blog.
“And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.”- Corinthians 13:13
